Lars-Wilhelm Baumgarten, born in 1971, married, one daughter, lives in Lower Saxon Bad Harzburg (Germany) since 2006. After starting his professional career as a journalist for a local paper and the well known BILD-Zeitung he started studying law in Göttingen (Germany). In 1997 he passed the state exams. 

After this he worked as CEO of the Marketing subsidiary company of DVR, the German governing body of Turf in Cologne (Germany). While working as a players’ agent the love to race horses did not end and so he is race horse owner and co-founder of Baden Racing Ltd., the operating company of the famous horse race track in Baden-Baden (Germany).

In the past few years Baumgarten managed more than 500 transfers in football. According to this he really knows every single person in the boardrooms of German football and possesses a huge national and international sports-network.

After eleven years of autonomous work as CEO of an agency, run by four partners, after twenty years experience in professional sports and after co-founding the highly prosperous agency Stars & Friends, Baumgarten finally reached his goal:

In contrast to the former work with sport stars the new agency will accompany ambitious sportsmen or coaches and managers in a more personal an exclusive way. All activities of the company are aiming at the multilayered personality development of sportsmen, coaches and managers.
It is the way of diamonds starting with the discovery followed by the value evaluation and finished off with a brilliant cut in order to reach the highest market value.

Apart from horses and football Baumgarten is interested in nature, literature and politics as well.
